SMOKE AND HEAT VENT SYSTEMS
Smoke ventilation is a very important life safety system in all buildings. Smoke inhalation is attributed to more deaths than the victims actually being burned. Smoke reduces visibility during an emergency evacuation hampering the rescuing of injured occupants from buildings, as well as affecting fire fighting operations.
We supply and install a wide range of Natural Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilation Systems, from fully integrated automatic opening vents (AOV’s) with smoke curtains to stand alone systems on stairwells with automated smoke vents. Our products comply with European smoke ventilation standard EN12101 and the latest Building Regulations on fire safety. Certified systems are monitored and audited annually by VdS.
